Are you Interested in Personal Training?

KASC Trainers now offer Personal Training to those Players interested in improving their overall level of Play. Our Personal Training program is developed/designed specifically around what the Players needs are.

We offer two Programs: 4 Training Sessions or 1 Training Session

4 Personal Training Sessions:

• A Trainer will first contact the Player/Parent to conduct an overview of what the Player needs.
• The Trainer will conduct Personal Training Sessions to develope the player to the level they desire.
• The Program consists of 4 Training Sessions for 1 hour each.
  • Days and Times will be scheduled during initial phone call.
• After the completion of program the Trainer will give the Player/Parent an evaluation
• Player/Parent have option to continue another 4 Training Sessions or to go to s 1 day Training Session.

1 Personal Training Session

• A Trainer will first contact the Player/Parent to conduct an overview of what the Player needs.
• The Trainer will conduct a Training Session focused specically to one area or two areas.
• The Program consists of 1 Training Session for 1hour each.
• After the completion of program the Trainer will give the Player/Parent an evaluation
• Player/Parent have option to continue another 4 Training Sessions or to go to s 1 day Training Session.
